The cement manufacturing process is broadly divided into three sections.
  • Priya cement pre-clinkerisation process
    Pre-clinkerisation comprising mining, crushing, pre-blending, raw material grinding and homogenisation.
  • Priya cement clinkerisation process
    Clinkerisation consisting of calcination, sintering and cooling.
  • Priya cement post-clinkerisation process
    Post-clinkerisation comprising grinding clinker with gypsum to make OPC and grinding clinker with fly ash and gypsum to make PPC.
